I bought one of these in 2020 when I started my building biology path. I would have rated that one 4 or 5 stars. Still very expensive for what you got but it was easy to use. I Unforutnally broke that one at a clients site - it was extremely easy to use the plastic / fiber glass type material was easy to use, easy to pull apart and put back together. The "new" style is trash - vastly inferior every way - it seems very brittle and its like 100x harder then the old style. I won't be bringing this to clients home's anymore being it's so hard to get apart safely (or so it feels). No idea why the product was changed to an inferior version - probably economics? Seems extremely expensive for what it is also, but it is what it is.

This is not a reflection of SLT's customer service they are just selling what Gigahertz made in this situation. I'm disappointed in the product change but I guess what's what we are stuck with. Bring back the old style! The two styles are in my picture the old one was vastly superior in everyway, in my opinion.
